Welcome

Hello friends! I have finally taken the time to start my food blog. I know the rumors have been circulating as to would I or wouldn't I as well as should I or shouldn't I. Well obviously, you are reading this so I did. Whether I should have or shouldn't have you the reader will decide. Questions and comments are welcomed and appreciated.

A few things about myself. I live to eat and eat to live.  I am many things including chef, mother, wife,daughter and cheese aficionado. One thing I am not is a technically proficient writer. I will work to get better at that through these postings. It is my hope that the recipes, pictures and insights I provide will convince you to forgive me of this shortcoming.
